Process/ Metrics Taxonomy |
OLSI members have developed uniform business process and metrics classification taxonomies for law departments and law firms. The purpose of these taxonomies is to permit inter-organizational comparison and to allow the application of structured organizational theory for purposes of improvement and refinement. The taxonomies were also created to develop a common understanding of how to handle each business process efficiently and to enable the development of structured measurement of process efficiency Comments on Process/Metrics Taxonomy We are continually updating our process and metrics list based on the feedback provided by the legal community.
