OLSI has developed a top 25 list of key performance indicators for
law departments and law firms to serve as the benchmark for
improvement across various key functions of each organization. In line with effective business management principles, we have taken a “key performance indicator” or “KPI” approach to allow law departments and law firms to narrow their data collection efforts.
