Statement of Principle
We support the time-savings and efficiencies that
result from one industry organization acting as the data
clearinghouse to standardize the data collection
and reporting requirements for all
the major surveys in the legal industry.
We support the development of an Open Legal
Standards Initiative Task Force to set appropriate standards
for the collection, reporting and distribution of
data to participating legal survey
organizations.
